Valerie does an exceptionable job arranging activities for students and instructors. On a recent trip to France she helped with two memorable experiences. One was lunch at L'Auberge a la Bonne Idee, located an hour outside of Paris. The Michelin starred chef did not disappoint. Our other activity was a private chocolate making class, which was very well done. I can’t recommend Valerie and her company enough.

I am so glad I had the opportunity to travel abroad and intern in Northern Italy this past summer!
